Scandinavian Biopharma welcomes Sara Grahm to the position as Director of Manufacturing
Scandinavian Biopharma continues to strengthen its organization in manufacturing and is pleased to welcome Sara Grahm as our new Director of Manufacturing.
Sara, who has a master’s degree in chemistry, has a long and broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She most recently came from Sobi (Swedish Orphan Biovitrum) where she led strategic projects, was responsible for PMO (project management office) and Operational Excellence within the manufacturing organization. Prior to that, she was Head of Production at Recipharm and before that at AstraZeneca in roles in production, supply chain, quality and facility management.
– It will be great to take over the overall manufacturing responsibility for the ETEC vaccine candidate ETVAX®. The feeling and the opportunity to personally be able to influence to such a large extent is very stimulating in a company like Scandinavian Biopharma. In this position, I also benefit greatly from all my previous work experiences and can connect all the parts, says Sara Grahm.
– With her broad experience, combined with previous senior management positions in pharmaceutical manufacturing, Sara is just the right person to lead our manufacturing team. We are very happy to have Sara on board, says Björn Sjöstrand, CEO of Scandinavian Biopharma.
